<p align="left">Dedica a comer el tiempo que se merece. No es aconsejable comer de cualquier manera y cualquier cosa, en cualquier sitio. Siéntate en una mesa en condiciones y disfruta de cada bocado.</p>

<p align="left">Muy importante hacer 5 comidas al día, tres de ellas más abundantes y las otras dos pequeños tentempiés.</p>
</li>

<p align="left">Beber agua y evitar las bebidas gaseosas, la cafeína y el alcohol.</p>

<p align="left">La fruta fermenta rápidamente. Tómala sola, entre comidas, como tentempié.</p>

<p align="left">Toma pescado, al menos un vez en semana. Nos aporta proteínas, como la carne, pero se digiere mejor.</p>

<p align="left">No abusar de dulces, bollería industrial y snacks de bolsa. Quitan el hambre, no aportan nutrientes y sí muchas calorías.</p>

<p align="left">Los alimentos mejor si se han cocinado hervidos o a la plancha.</p>

<p align="left">La fibra es necesaria para el funcionamiento intestinal. Elige cereales integrales refinados y toma mucha fruta y verdura fresca a diario.</p>
